Based on the advanced theoretical system of hand function rehabilitasyon in "central-peripheral-central" closed-loop rehabilitasyon intervention mode, two types of training programs were developed by the different rehabilitasyon degrees of patients: Group Flexion and Extension and Fine Motor Programs.
Group flexion and extension (synchronized flexion and extension of five fingers) is targeted at patients with weak hand muscular strength. It helps them control joint edema and muscle stiffness, amplifies hand and joint mobility, and prevents joint contracture.
Fine motor training targets patients with specific hand mobility; it helps the hands complete different gestures and movements and strengthens the hands' capacity to meet fine actions with the help of several training modes.

"Central-peripheral-central" closed-loop active rehabilitasyon mood
It is a rehabilitasyon training mode in which the central and peripheral nervous systems participate cooperatively to induce, enhance, and accelerate the control ability of the central opponent's function.

"The CPC closed-loop rehabilitasyon theory, proposed in 2016 (Jia, 2016), involves the assessment and therapy of central rehabilitasyon methods and peripheral procedures. This innovative rehabilitasyon model utilizes positive feedback to enhance brain plasticity and rehabilitasyon efficacy following brain injury in a bidirectional manner. Devices associated with this approach can combine input and output capabilities. Research has shown that the CPC closed-loop rehabilitasyon is more effective in managing post-inme dysfunctions, such as motor impairment, compared to single central or peripheral therapy."
